How to buy prepaid airtime

Register your cellphone number via SMS. Registration requires your cell number to determine what network you are using, so may sms your voucher to you when purchasing prepaid airtime and will also be used as your payment reference, no other personal details are required. View a list of the bank accounts

Create a new beneficiary on your internet or cellphone banking for one of the bank accounts using the cellphone number you registered with as the beneficiary/recipient reference. We have an account at each of the major banks to ensure that funds get cleared almost instantly. e.g. If you bank with ABSA, setup a beneficiary with our ABSA account details.

Check the voucher denominations available for your service provider so you know how much to transfer. To check the maximum purchase amount for your service provider go to the vouchers page and view all the avaliable denominations.

Transfer funds from your bank account to the newly created beneficiary (as above) using the cellphone number you registered with as the reference and we will SMS your prepaid airtime voucher directly to your cell phone. This process takes place within 5 minutes, please note that relies on other 3rd parties like banks and other service providers, cannot guarantee this process time.
